Refund policy

Ukes Abroad will not accept returns that are used, damaged or can't be sold as new. If an item is allowed to be returned, customer will receive a credit on their account. No refunds to be issued for products. 

Lessons, courses and education classes. No refunds issued as most of the time the purchase takes away from another student. Credits may be applied to your account but are not guaranteed. 

Any refunds will be issued only for extreme circumstances.
